Shipping
All goods can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will be stated in the order
 confirmation before you pay. We carefully wrap goods in protective packaging in order 
to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition, backed by our satisfaction guarantee.
 If you find that the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this within two days
 of receipt to lp@lapamplona.com. 

Deliveries may depend on various factors including origin, availability of stock, holidays, 
etc. Delivery time is typically 14 to 21 working days.

Delivery
Please note that shipped orders may need to go through customs procedures for
 clearance in the country of arrival. This can extend the estimated delivery times.

Covid-19
Given changing regulations in the current environment, you may experience delivery
 delays or prolonged clearance formalities.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 14-day returns policy, allowing for refund or exchange of the item. Beyond
 this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges. The product 
must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was in when 
received. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are not covered by us.*
*Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping 
insurance. 
Amounts will not be refunded if the product arrives in a different condition to that when it 
was received. Given that we sell decorative goods made of delicate materials, this is of 
particular importance to us – broken items cannot be fixed.

 If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email at lp@lapamplona.com,
 stating your order number and the reason for the return, and we will provide you with 
instructions for the return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will refund the purchase 
amount to your account within 14 days. Please remember to keep your shipping receipt
 as proof that the goods were sent.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an 
item, please reach out to us at lp@lapamplona.com and we will provide you with return 
address details.
