SHUBINA MARIA, born in 1979, Kyiv – graphic artist, author of objects and media works in the field of easel painting.  In 1996 graduated from the Kyiv Art School. In 2003 – National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, faculty of architecture (currently The National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture). She worked as an architect, leading design projects and arranging public commercial and residential areas. Participant of Kyiv, Moscow, London, Genova, Paris, etc. exhibitions. From 2004 to 2006, she lived and worked in Berlin, where she got seriously engaged in painting. She took part in group exhibitions in Berlin ‘KUNSTBURO’ Gallery and J & L Fortak Gallery. National Art Museum of Ukraine (Kyiv), Gallery RA + Berlin: SEXSHOP (Kyiv), RebellMinds Gallery (Berlin), Moscow Biennale of Modern Art, Moscow Museum of Modern Art, Central House of Artists of Ukraine (Kyiv).  “Fine Art” Gallery (Kyiv), Center of Contemporary Art M’ARS (Moscow), Gallery La Bertesca-Masnata (Genoa), Moscow Museum of Modern Art (2009). Winner of The Special Prize PincukArtPrize (2009). Personal exhibitions: 2005- L-ART Gallery (Kyiv), “Fine Art” Gallery (Moscow).  She received the second Prize of  Victor Pinchuk contest “New Generation”.
